"In April, our house caught on fire, and we lost everything due to fire & smoke damage. We had a few contractors contact us to offer their services, but then Henry reached out to us with his fire restoration services. In short, Henry saved us from potentially making a bad decision by choosing another contractor. Aside from Henry's perfect timing, the work he did on our house is incredible! Our home looks amazing, and I would definitely recommend Third Power Construction for property restoration!" - Maria Pacheco

"I own a few rentals in Fresno, CA. Unfortunately, last year I experienced a fire at one of my properties, which led me to discover some incredible fire restoration services. That's when I met Henry. He’s a great guy with outstanding customer service and professionalism. From the very beginning, he met with my claims adjuster and handled the claim like a true expert in property restoration. The job came out fantastic; I had no idea how much was involved in dealing with a house fire and what it would take to restore the property. Henry and his team made the entire process stress-free for me, which is something I truly appreciated. I would highly recommend him and his services based on my construction testimonials." - Anthony Ceja

On August 31, 2017, my house was tragically damaged in a fire that destroyed the entire structure. I was fortunate to receive assistance from Mr. Henry Resendez III, a General Contractor known for his exceptional fire restoration services. He guided me through the entire process, from contacting my insurance adjuster to helping with the moving of personal property out of the house before demolition. Mr. Resendez supported me every step of the way, ensuring all my questions were answered. During the initial stages, he offered various items that enhanced the remodeling of my home, which I hadn’t had access to before, and he followed through on all the discussed items. Mr. Resendez consistently checked in to make sure I understood the process and never hesitated to reach out on weekends or holidays, demonstrating his commitment to customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend his services based on my experience and the positive construction testimonials I’ve heard about him!
