Henry Resendez III is a licensed California General Contractor and fire restoration specialist based in Fresno, California. As the owner of Third Power Construction Inc., Henry has built a reputation for handling complex residential and commercial fire damage reconstruction projects throughout the Central Valley with professionalism, urgency, and attention to detail.

Raised in a family construction business, Henry began working in the trades at a young age and developed extensive hands-on experience in reconstruction, insurance claim coordination, and project management. With decades of industry knowledge, he specializes in large-loss fire restoration, structural reconstruction, and full-service project oversight from emergency mitigation through final rebuild.

Known by many clients and colleagues as “The Fire Whisperer,” Henry works directly with homeowners, property investors, insurance carriers, public adjusters, and mortgage companies to help navigate the often stressful restoration process.
